This is a free planning tool built from published schedules. It is not an official port authority source, and you should not miss a ship because of it.
The one thing that matters. Cruise schedules change constantly. Ships get delayed, rerouted around weather, and cancelled outright. Never rely on this site alone for your all-aboard time. Confirm with your cruise line and the times posted at the gangway.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
usvicruiseshipschedule.com publishes cruise ship arrival and departure schedules for the four U.S. Virgin Islands cruise berths, along with guides to getting around and a modeled forecast of how busy beaches and towns are likely to be.
We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Virgin Islands Port Authority, the West Indian Company Limited, the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any cruise line.
Schedule data is compiled from publicly published sources, principally VIPA and WICO. It currently covers July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
Understand the following before planning around anything here:
We correct errors when we find them or when readers report them, but we cannot guarantee the data is current or complete at any given moment.
Berth counts shown for each ship are published double-occupancy capacity. That is the number the ship is designed to carry with two people per cabin. Actual passenger counts are usually different, sometimes higher when cabins carry three or four people, sometimes considerably lower outside peak season. These figures are not manifests and we have no access to real passenger counts.
The beach and town crowd monitor is a calculation, not a measurement. It multiplies each ship's published capacity by an estimated share of passengers likely to reach a given location, spread across the hours the ship is in port.
It has no live sensors, no headcounts, and no data feed from any beach or business. It is useful for telling a quiet day apart from a four-ship day. It is not useful for predicting exactly how many people will be at Magens Bay at 11am. Treat it accordingly.

We link to cruise lines, government agencies, and local businesses. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
Some placements on this site are paid advertising. Paid placements are marked. Advertising does not change the schedule data we publish, and we do not remove or reorder ship listings for commercial reasons.
You are welcome to use this site to plan a trip, to check a date, or to run a local business better. You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people, republish the schedule data wholesale as your own, or use it to build a competing dataset without asking. If you want the data for something substantial, email us. We are usually happy to help.
